@@BlakeLawless-qf8ip there are some new construction opportunities in Chapel Hill now, but compared to other towns and cities in the Triangle, there have been very limited new construction opportunities. The population of Chapel Hill has not exploded over the past decade like Durham, Raleigh, Cary, Apex, etc. and this is in large part because of the lack of new construction in Chapel Hill.

Yes, I agree there are many new construction apartments in Chapel Hill. However, there aren’t a lot of new construction townhome or single family communities to purchase in Chapel Hill. That is an accurate statement just as your statement about more new construction apartments is accurate. Both can be true. I’ve lived here almost my entire life and sell a lot of homes here.
