Salvia Chicken means chicken which makes you have salvia. It’s delicious. You should try it. Husband and wife’s sliced lungs is actually cow heart, tongue, stomach slices mixed with vinegar, soy sauce, chili oil. It’s delicious too if you don’t mind eating organs of cow. Frog meat, which is quite popular in China for the past several years, is actually much tender and tasty than chicken. Try it if you are ready to explore new type of meat.
