Rent for a while .dont buy in a hurry . .Cyprus is not for everyone. It is very hot .can get over 40°. You might prefer the rain after a while . I like to go there , but like to come back to the UK too. But it is a safe country . The people are nice .

before you buy a house try to some knowledge of a architect. 70% of the wole housingmarket is absolutly trash. 1. no electric in the bathroom 2. false doorway System 3. bad Aircondition System 4. washbowl place near the Corner where you Punch your elbow etc etc etc...

Cyprus is a tag along European country and no profession in technology, town planning etc.... Why do you rich European support their average economies and get no return value .
