@@QueenofBluntTruth - What hype?!?! There is no Texas hype. All I hear is people trashing us. Even the natives join in. Black people in Dallas in particular tend to be very low key about their existence. This is because we are told that we are country and boring. I was believing it until I started visiting other cities and realized they were just as boring. Dallas is as good as any of them. Now Atlanta is an example of a city that everyone hypes up. Even though I like that city okay its just way overrated.

Or if you're just black lol. Dallas is nice for sure (as is Houston), but it doesn't have any culture. Especially not like Houston. What about the bugs?? Are they year round?
@jennygreen24623 жыл бұрын
Yes and they are big. When I lived in Dallas, it was hard to keep them out of the house. Pest management is big business there. I miss the BBQ and no state taxes, but, I will never miss the bugs.

@@jennygreen2462 thank you for keeping it real👍🏾. Good to know for folks used to living in the north.

Most of the ones I saw in my place were. But, after I moved in, I went to Home Depot and bought those sticky traps and placed them by the doors and that helped. The weather attracts the bugs. It’s the same in Florida. Don’t worry about it.

@@terucks Dallas “men” are entitled and weird.. many of them have never even really left Dallas.. I’m personally into men that know how to treat a woman. And don’t feel entitled to come to my house after one date.

@@BellaBeeBaby oh ok. So in others words, Dallas men are “spoiled”? Is that the correct word? Like are they too blunt or arrogant? Are they men who are not emotionally intelligent? They aren’t spiritual matured etc? I do know that Dallas is like a professional corporate, business minded city so I can understand there can be lot of kats who are educated, business savvy and entitled minded. lol
