Hi i found all of your videos r helpful n me n my husband were thinking to move there but we didnt fix any city yet..so i have a question if we want to buy a single family house with 4bed n 3bath..our budget is not above 500k $ n i love waterfront houses so is that possible to find a home within this budget? Hi Rezoana! In lower Fairfield County where I work, $500k could get you a single family home with 4 beds and 3 baths, and would likely be in Norwalk or Stamford. Waterfront typically starts at $700k+ . You may have better luck with waterfront properties in New Haven County. Hope this helps :)
