My family and I stayed there for a week in November and it was amazing. The service was top notch. Her assistant Forgive took wonderful care of us. She even shopped and cooked us breakfast. We actually stayed in that exact unit. I will be staying there when we I return.

I remember them as well. Great to see progress. I am glad she pointed out that the short term guests are better. More money and less wear and tear. Many make the mistake of thinking that the best thing is to have long term tenants. Long term is actually a formula for a tenant to get too comfortable and ruin your property.

This lady answered my main questions... Is short let more profitable then long and is the saving on ware and tire significant. Also many or most guests are domestic rather than international. Its just the type of place I would build and Just the type of place I would stay in while visiting Ghana. This is a perfect example of how one can build up Africa while making it a business.

I love your voice Vanessa, well modulated, love the Scottish accent but not too strong which is great, not over the top, no loud music that distracts you.. Majority of You Tube channels i am turned off by the loud music and ‘over the top attitude’ especially American videos. This channel just suits by personality your laid back but very appropriate questions. You are able to ask the questions I want to ask but not in an intrusive manner and you still get the answers needed! Hats off to your hard work! Next it will be your house that you will be showcasing!😊.

Great content with good insight Vanessa. Please could you try and give us some understanding of how much it cost to roughly to do something similar to what Leila and her husband have done? This would be appreciated. There are so many uncompleted building projects in Ghana and I guess that's really down to running out of money not really understanding the true cost. So I guess on that note, that sort of info would be invaluable... Thanks ...
