Wow great home. I used to like new builds but over time I learned to appreciate the charm of an older but renovated home. If done right it looks both classic and modern. This home captures that perfectly.

I mean, in most of Europe such a home would cost 1 million if not more in a similar tropical environment, But considering that this is Hawaii, it will of course cost this much. Very nice home. We have such historic houses here in Bavaria too and no one buys them bc for every rework you need special contruction workers that are licenced to do such work on old buildings.

House was great ! I didn't see any air conditioning. Hot summer days with little to no wind ( I used to ride through the neighborhood when I was a UH student) make for a sweaty experience ?

If no air-conditioning you can always add portable air conditioners or ceiling fans or tower fans.
