I miss wahiawa. That’s where I used to hang out in my growing up years and I went to leilehua high school. The weather was perfect. It is a nice smaller town.

I mean, really compare this to Munich vicinity Germany. a 5000 square feet property costs around 600.000$, a house with taxes 600k, so under 1 million you get basically nothing in a rural area. Very boring nature, few nice people. The pay for me as an It guy with a Bachelor's degree is around 3000$ after taxes monthly. Rents are around 1500$ for 800 square feet (mainly older apartments). I mean, this prices don't seem so over the top, maybe for the US though

the prices are less than in Munich Germany. And Germany cannot be compared to Hawaii in life quality IMO. Munich is a greyish big European city like any bigger EU city. Pay is averaged around 2700$ after taxes

@@HansPeter-gx9ew The average wage-earner in Hawaii makes around $50,000 a year. Making a little more than that is not going to get you a million-dollar house. The average house price on Oahu is $1.1 million. BTW, my grandfather was from Munich. I've never been there.

$400k-$600k for a one bedroom in an old building without a pool?? Yeah that is not affordable at all! You are better off spending that money on a townhome and just commute into downtown. Most offices still have a hybrid work schedule!

As a person who has been deciding b/w North Shore, Kailua/Kaneohe and the new Condo villages north of Waikiki…I am starting to really favor the Condo villages - and esp Ward Village - due to their location, convenience, cleanliness and, frankly, the affluent lifestyle. While I’m a very frugal person at heart, the higher price point of the area will limit the amount of riff-raff, which I won’t have much desire to be around in my retirement yrs…it is what it is. I won’t apologize for wanting respectful neighbors, a clean neighborhood and nice places to enjoy life surrounding my residence. I hope to see and appreciate longer videos that go deeper into these areas and individual condos…and perhaps more of the actual people that live in the area..

I live in a building that has weight restriction for dogs. The dogs pee in the elevators and the owners sometimes don't clean up. Next home I'm going to live in will be bottom floor unit so I don't have to deal with this ever again.

I did not hesitate to wave my hand 🤚 and make them bullies turn around. 😂 Looking at those bullies today, most have not accomplished anything in life. Looks like you and I have accomplished much. So a word of wisdom to bullies. It’s not worth being a bully in this life. Love Aloha! Wahiawa Strong

Eternity isn't just some fad to flaunt for validation based on geography. It's either true or not, not everything people believe can be true. However, if you're serious, contrast the main religions. If there is a supernatural creator, it wouldn't leave us without guidance. Said guidance can't be flawed. Fast tracking-there's NO proof such as historical accuracy or consistently vindicated text which is as airtight as the teachings within Islam, and said proofs are miraculous in countless ways. That's what you'd expect from something speaking truth about the supernatural, namely our creator and our purpose in existence. It gets even more interesting when you learn Jesus called God "Alaha". The creator wouldn't hide the truths to reality on the literal most remote island on the globe. That's illogical, and you don't see evidence of illogic in natural creation. So there's no sense in pretending geography makes a practice true. Search for historical, empirical, logical, philosophical, or any other form of evidence. The odds of us being naturally created by chance has more zeroes between the decimal and the first number than particles in the universe.
