The egg timer is great! It changes color from the outside edges to the middle. You put it in the pot together with the eggs. No need to set a timer. Just look at the egg change color to see how done they are.

Hi I really enjoy your videos, I find them calming and enjoyable, I love how you take your time and have pride with everything you do, from shopping to making meals! I really need to take time for myself, like you do with a little tea break! I know how you feel whenever it’s really cold in the grocery store. I look crazy because I always carry a sweater to the store in the summer. Here in Texas USA summers are often very hot (100 degrees Fahrenheit or 38 degrees celsius). The store is very cold, especially near the produce.

Hi Linna! I love those pants you got on sale, but I think you should totally go back and get the brown/tan ones too 😜. I also really liked the green you wore at the supermarket, I think green is a great color on you actually. Is it very hot in Japan right now? We have been dealing with the effects of Canada's forest fires here where I live in New York, I live pretty close to Canada/Niagara falls area (about an hour away) so it's been cloudy and less hot than normal here. I love finding good quality items like that at the dollar , or 100 yen for you stores 😂. Since it's warmer will you take the kids to different playgrounds/parks? I'd love to see some of what Japan has for playgrounds! Also, I know your youngest started kindergarten yes? My youngest will start in September! I remember you saying in a recent video he has been making a great transition. I really hope the same for my eldest, I'm honestly very nervous sending him 😭 I don't want to haha! Wishing the best!

My husband bought those carniverous plants for his birthday as he thought they were coll. They live on his desk now ad my daughter loves to catch flies and ants to feed to the plants 🤣 I hope that gari gari kun energy drink lavour ice is still avao;able next month. My husband loves energy drink but never really found one he liked in Japan. Perhaps he likes this one. I have that egg timer you put in the water with the egg and it does work. But you have to keep watching it and I never use it as I bought a mictowave egg steamer that is so convenient. Every time I see the boumkuchen from Muji I think I need to try it. My friends say they are good, but I always forget. The mitarashi dango is really nostalgic for me. I used to eat it so much as a student. not the healthiest habit but wel... Nowadays I like a stick but cannot finish a pack in one go. I changed my meal for tonight. We still having very hot weather for our region so I don't feel like doing a lot. Sp I have a Greek rice and meatball recipe that is easy and refreshing so I'll make that tonight. Everyone really enjoys that dinner.
