Last week, my sister & I flew to Florida for a baby shower. It was so hot. When we flew home, it was raining & in the 50s. This week is unseasonably hot for Upstate NY. It’s been in the 80s. Next week it’s going back to normal fall weather. How nice you could remember your grandmother while eating a dish she prepared. I love the color of your nails. Thanks again for sharing with us. The stuff in the shop with snoopy was so cute! I’d have a hard time restraining myself 😂 what does bitter gourd taste like? I’ve seen people cook it many times and always wondered. I remember the monster chips from last year on the salad wasn't it 😊 I would love the pumpkin spice latte. I have to make it myself and it's a lot of work. sugar is used for the pumpkin spice syrup so it's only an occasional treat. I do think you can also make a milk based creamer with the pumpkin spice. Not sure if that recipe uses less sugar. I can't wait for persimmon season to start here. Love them. but haven't seen any yet. Your cucumber dish looks delicious! I'm going to try that soon. Need to get new cucumbers. Right not the refrigerator is very empty as we are going away some weekends :)

We had our first rain of Fall here in Central California today! It was nice! We've only just started cooling down last week or so (70s F). But supposed to go up to 90s F next week?! I too got my first Pumpkin Spice latte this week because in the mood (although it's been at Starbucks here since the end of August!!!). Is Halloween a big holiday in Japan, it's huge here in the States and especially last decade or so. How did you make the steam egg, looked so yum! Thank you for your videos as always
