Hey Sam, Great video. What is the monthly or yearly HOA and what do you get for that, any strange rules homeowners must follow?

Good question, I was wondering the same. I wonder what the basic HOA fee is for living in Kingsmill. The only PDFs and charts I have seen are "all over the map."

Many thanks for the new video..what a wonderful place, but I think it is rather expensive for the new comers. Good luck for every one.... 🍀

I wanted to live here so bad, but ots too far from my job, so I thought about retirement home, but I don't want to do time share because of expense but it is a nice place. Prayerfully I can afford it when I do retire in about 10 years😂, hopefully

A lot of Kingsmill is getting old however check out Governor's Land, the Vineyards, Holly Hills. But beware of a few of the expensive neighborhoods - some of them are money pits with snooty arrogant neighbors.

Uhhh, some of the homes go for a lot more than $1.5M :) However, very nice review!!!

Hahahaha, well you're right. There is a small percentage that sells over $1.5M, but a significant majority don't so I probably should have been more specific in the video. Thanks for the comment!
