Ironically, Candy Spelling had it beautifully decorated and there were miles and miles of beautiful wood before she sold it to the Ecclestone twit that had it painted grey and black. Then she evidently couldn't stand her own work and put it on the market again. There should be a law about this type of thing. I hope Mrs. Spelling never sees this video, it's not for the faint of heart.

Arvin, the entire chateau’s interior design needs to be completely redone by Los Angeles - based Thomas Allardyce and Iliya Hendrix, in concert with Los Angeles architect Richard Landry. The 165M French Chateau’s interior, should exude opulence and warmth; presently, it is stark and cold. 165M, is a lot of money to throw away because of a poorly done interior. See Rod Stewart’s House, in AD.

The former owner paid 85M $. No one will ever pay 165M $ today for the interior renovation has been a complete disaster. The result is just awful. It looks sort of cheap. What about the former antique fire places ? What about some master pieces, golden frames ? The new owner will have to spend millions to bring this chateau back to life. I am sure the price will abruptly drop eventually.

To ask a seller to redecorate a 56000 sq ft house seems a bit much---The first thing would be to install colorful and wonderful art appropriate in size for the major rooms---I think 2500 a aq ft would be a fair asking price----I lived in 10000 sq ft and that could be daunting let alone a home more than 5 times the size----There will be a buyer for the home---the time and price will determine it all

This property is on and off for sale for as long as I remember watching mansion videos on youtube. Renovaton may cost a few million dollars as suggested here. I think there is some other problem to this home. Probably its haunted LOL!

I don't really agree with gray colors, they're elegant, can't you make it into a circus? it can't be furnished in an ostentatious way, the house is already very large, besides white, gray and beige, I don't see any other elegant and sophisticated colors of this beautiful house, if I could buy it, for example, I would add white to the paint on the walls, then you're afraid because it is too big? first of all if you buy this house obviously you have to put a lot of security, and then it's not a gentleman who buys it but people who have families, I can't find a dive, I love THE MANOR Aaron Spelling was an artist surrounded by so much envy but still a artist with this house, it is splendid
