Saute green, red, and yellow peppers, whole garlic cloves, and onion in olive oil. Add chili powder, cayenne, cumin, and Thai seasoning. Half bake a sweet potato and dice it. Add to pan. Add can of black beans. Let sit to soften the sweet potatoes and let the seasoning mix. Put in flour tortillas, sprinkle with cheddar cheese, and top with sour cream. Amazing.

I'm a pancake person myself, IHOP All the way, add bacon on the inside and on the side of my egg whites spinach veggie omelette, with hot chocolate, fresh fruit or O.J! (I interchange breakfast with dinner foods all the time!) Fasting Yes, dual purpose. Concentrate on and getting closer to God, and yes, it does have health benefits. Love ur channel & RV! I love watching your day to day videos on your journey. My goodness, you have this beautiful inner soul about yourself that I envy. I'm a 65 year old woman, retired chef by trade. I'd be very happy to share my personal recipes with you whenever you would want some. You have a gift. It's called courage and stamina. I take care of an 81 year old disabled couple. I cook their supper meal and share in their meal. I'm usually there between 3 to 5 hours. It gives me great pleasure in helping them. I'm Italian so my favorite meal is pasta but I had salmon loaf for supper and was accompanied by a salad with a variety of bell pepper and shaved onions with just a bit of olive oil for the dressing.
