👋🏽 Hey girl, HEY!! You were parked on the Puget Sound, aka the Salish Sea… that Mountain range you pointed to is the Olympic Mountains out past the Kitsap Peninsula, beautiful site to see… it’s the home of the Olympic National forest (rainforest) and Olympic National park. I suggest everyone find the opportunity to check it out. Happy to see you enjoying King County. 🫶🏽👊🏽

Happy one year anniversary. 🎉😊 Im more introvert than I realized. Have never had a group of friends, 1 - 2, I have anxiety and panic attacks when in to big a crowds and i don't feel comfortable with in crowded places. You're giving me the ability to overcome this a bit...I don't know how much I'll improve, but any improvement would be a blessing. Thank you, your helping so many. I can't travel as ive mentioned b4...through your vlogs...i can now. Praise God for that. I am enjoying how you cook, especially your seasonings. Im learning to cook seafront, shrimp, fish & many of your simple yet delicious recipes 😋 God bless and keep you in my prayers 🙏

I'm proud of you for listening to your body and resting when it tells you to and paying heed to your spirit when it tells you where to go. You are younger, stronger & braver than me but i am drawing bravery from ya and moving to a different state! I'm older (61) and on my own for the 1at time in my life and while it may not seem like a big deal to most, this anxiety ridden, hates to drive lady is taking the plunge as far out as I can swim!

“I’m not sick, I’m just tired, I have bloodwork done every year.” Nomi (and other women) if you are eating right and exercising and you’re under 45, check your bloodwork to see if it includes testing for B12, folate, and complex inflammation. I don’t want to go into the drama but my PCP was only doing the basic comprehensive panel, which showed I was “healthy.” I broke down in my neurologists office April 2022. I have a malabsorption autoimmune disorder that at minimum impacts B12, D, and my autoimmune response to things like regular vaccinations. I’m doing better, but it wasn’t the PCPs that I trusted and was reporting gradual increased tiredness too. They made sure to admonish me tho when I went from a size 2 to a size 10. But even then they didn’t run the blood panels for health problems that cause fast weight gain. I’m in Seattle, not the country, so it’s super key to advocate for ourselves. I have to say, sadly, that my worst PCPs are all women. Fortunately, I’m getting better, but it’s really important to remember that most doctors are not giving us access to the information we need as women between age 35 and 45. Nomi, we ❤️💕 you.

❤❤😊😊❤❤ Hey, sweetie, you're on Alkai beach that was the area of town I lived in a West, Seattle you were looking at Elliott Bay, or rather puget sound, it leads to the Pacific Ocean, but actually Seattle is inland we're not really on the beach round the inlet.😮 🎉 We could see the ferry go by all Night long when we lived up on the Hill in West Seattle in the house. The mountain ranges you see from Seattle. Are the Olympic mountain range over near Olympia Which is the capital. The peninsula actually touches the Pacific Ocean. And to the East, you'll see the cascade mountain range, which has the summits of mount Raineer mount saint Helen mount Baker, and mountain hood.

Have you ever had canned salmon and rice. I make it all the time. I use bumble bee salmon and cook with jasmine rice because of its aroma and taste. Loads of onions, garlic, Italian seasoning, olive or avocado oil, soy sauce, black pepper, and some turmeric. Remember to take out the spinal cord/bone of the salmon. I'm sure you will love it.

Happy one year Anniversary of van living. I heard you say how much you love yellow fin tuna. Coming from a place of love and good wishes, I want to make you aware that yellow fin and albacore tuna are high in mercury. Mercury is toxic It does not pass through your body on its own. Some seafood low in mercury are salmon, sole, flounder, and sardine. I encourage you to do your own research. Peace, love, and light🌞

Interesting .. community is usually used to mean other people. It sounds like what you miss is the familiar.. familiar surrounding, sights and smells, locations and stores. When away from things you are accustomed to it is taxing for the brain. It is/can be exciting and fun .. but also exhausting. Wanting to return to things you are used to and feel comfortable around is normal.. especially when you have been gone for so long. Summer is definitely the right time to explore Michigan😂 Maybe return to the South and the West Coast in the Winter instead. Congratulations on a year ❤😊
