Homes in the the North Decatur area are primarily ranch style homes, but there are some newer cluster home communities, some townhomes and smaller bungalows mixed in as well. North Decatur is an area that is convenient to Emory and has several swim/tennis communities. Yes, we are moving to the TRACE apartment building on the 12th of July. We got a penthouse on their 12th floor. Looked at it last Saturday and really like it! 👍 I will keep watching too!!
