WHAT'S GOODY MY ATL 🍑FAMILY !! Today, I'm just giving you my opinion on the midtown vs downtown living in Atlanta. So if you are moving soon and really wants to stay downtown ATL, I think it will be a experience however, our downtown is geared towards tourist and people that will be in and out during a travel overlay or something. Anyways both areas are undergoing major transformations and so there will be a lot more new apartments, new entertainment areas, new parking etc. Midtown is a more desirable location in the city of Atlanta!

This is the most accurate Atlanta video I’ve seen. Kudos to you. All of the negative videos don’t tell the whole story. If you’re worried about partying, living the fast life, and being a part of the trendy urban scene you’ll find yourself in some sketchy and potentially unsafe situations. If you like good food, good weather, sports, and are looking for quality education and/or job opportunities Atlanta is a great city.

You are the only person online that says anything positive about Georgia. I really want to move back to Georgia but I’m hearing so many horror stories. But now I’m understanding established older successful folks love it but the young folks have different opinions. I need to hear more positive stories

Yes, I try to bring the positive side of living in ATL and not that I sugarcoat, or hide the bad, but as a Georgian, I love where I am from and especially where I decided live, I like to share how Atlanta works for me! I see the many negative videos as well, and I'm like It's not all that bad here, you're right mostly coming from the younger crew.with unrealistic expextations lol..I have had so many great experiences and I also create them as well, I do think that matters. I wish you all the best on your move BACK to ATL. Whoop!!

Do it! I moved from out of state to Cobb county and it’s cool. It’s chill out here and when I want to go out sometimes I’ll head to Smyrna area or Atlanta occasionally. Nothing but positivity since I moved here honestly.

The reason why so many people come here on some bullshit thinking they are just going to come here and everything will be given to them. I have seen people come here and find success and live their best life, and I have seen people come here and start getting on some bullshit, meaning they have zero hustle, zero drive for business, but I can tell you everything about club life. Those people you can count on moving back to the little country town they came from, where they will continue to do nothing.

All this being said, there is a known fact about some of these gay men in ATL being in the closet ( on the DL) whilst having wives/gfs and/or acting and dressing all thuggish and hardcore in an attempt to prove their masculinity. I've also heard countless stories about women in Atlanta catching their DL fiance or hubby in the act or hearing about it from someone else. Apparently it's the down-low capital of the world. I've known two ladies that was married and happened to find out their husband were DL and now they both divorced. There isn't a lot straight men which they are already taken. This been going on since in the 90's.
