Hello Cash, I'm a disabled person who was badly injured in the London bombings. Your videos give people like me a chance to see what living on New York could actually be like. Sort of living the dream as it were. Thank you so much. Your videos are an inspiration. Love and kind regards to yourself and your family.🤠

I'm disabled as well, from my service days . . . would cherish sharing my pad if you so chose to visit Washington, D.C. Could escort you thru our tourist crazed city . . . could share with you all the major sights ! A primary airport for international flights would be in Virginia (Dulles International) and, hopefully our Silver Line metro service will be fully operational from D.C. to the airport, in 16 months ! Think about it . . . ! 🇺🇸

Those are gorgeous units. I even got used to that grey paint. Beautiful units at great prices!
I really like them all but the first 1 bedroom with the ceiling fan, that was my favourite. They all just feel good inside and you can tell the owner has taken pride in their presentation without charging a ridiculous price for rent. I'm not a fan of a bunch of roommates but if you had a few friends you could easily enjoy the penthouse at an excellent price per person. Nice job Cash

Great-priced unit with all of the fixings at a great price. Is that because it is Crown Heights, which in my youth used to be an “iffy” neighborhood? Love the storage space and in-unit laundry. The biggest place is even more gorgeous.

Having everything shiny and new is a plus, as is in-unit laundry. No elevator, but at least it's only a four-story building. It may be a good hike to the subway, which is a minus. I do, however, like the look of the neighborhood. NYC prices are insane, but (perhaps because of the location) these apartments are more rational. They will rent quickly.
The penthouse looks fantastic! Neighborhood seems decent, would be a good place to share if it's not too far away from the station.
@BlkDiesel2 жыл бұрын
I used to live in that neighborhood years ago, further up Midwood Street between Nostrand and Rogers. I always loved the neighborhood and the close proximity to Flatbush Avenue and Prospect Park. I believe that the closest trains are the Utica Avenue train stations 4,5,2 and 3 trains. You can walk, bike or take a Uber or a dollar van there on Utica Avenue which is a couple of blocks walk. That neighborhood is pretty quiet and pretty chill. There is a large Hasidic Jewish contingent that lives in that neighborhood.

The kitchen in the first apt is a little tight. The bathroom is gorgeous and roomy. That second apartment is GREAT. What you get for the price is FANTASTIC. Love that kitchen. I like catty-corner stuff and the set-up makes the kitchen safe. Beautiful backsplash.The size of the apartment is like terrific. The penthouse is wonderful and the price unbeatable for a penthouse. My dream refrigerator, which I don't know if it would even clear my door. I was born in Crown Heights. My Grandparents lived on Union Street. The neighborhood seems to have the same vibe it did then, surprisingly, which is one of Community. Cash, what have you gone and done? You made me feel homesick.

Hi Cash … can you do a special video explaining what neighborhoods have rent control and what areas have public housing and Senior housing with federal subsidies and another example is RHF Retirement Housing Foundation based out of California (corporate offcs) they have larger buildings(apx 200 bldgs) for seniors in various states (usa) at various prices. I realize you focus on the private market but I thought you could make an exception with a little local research ps I really appreciated the two larger buildings on the waterfront where the rent is based on your income. I need to REwatch your excellent video on those amazing new buildings. Thank You Cash… hope all is going well with your daughter (Violet) s new school and when is the new baby due? Thanks.

Crown Heights (in 2022 as opposed to yrs ago) has a good vibe to me, more like that of NYC of the past. It's probably because of the influences of the Hasidic culture/politics. I think even the amount of tagging isn't as high there as it is in many other parts of NYC, at least outside the UES. Just as a CEO affects the tone of an entire corporation, the mayor/city hall does the same thing to a city.
