Howdy Gents! I’m really enjoying your content about the West Tennessee / Memphis area and just found this video about Oakland, TN. Could you please cover some detail about Eads, TN? I’m looking into that area and would love to learn more about the locations north of Collierville, and just west of Oakland, which is referred to as “The County” or the “unincorporated” area. Do those homes there use city water and septic? Do those homes there use natural gas for heating? What’s the crime look like in Eads? Which area of Eads is the best to target?

There is another private school ,off hwy 64. Plus, It offers daycare and preschool, I'm pretty sure.
