Hi Jeffery. Closing costs include several different things such as: Title Fees, Lender Fees, Deed recording fees, appraisal costs, taxes, if you have any Pre Paid points for interest and a couple other things are included. When purchasing you do receive a contract with the breakdown of everything included with its costs.

Primary bedroom and walk in closet is way too small. For that price….. way too high. All the closets are small.
