any 2-3 bedroom homes with at least 2 baths (soak tubs) along this style? With foyer, etc. , as well as similar property size ??? we are looking to finally relocate from up north, our home is paid off, so we'll be downsizing but not too small. husband retired and born and raised in florida and wants to come back home and be close to his mom/family . he's a vet and gave 35 years in this state(Ky) for me (I'm from ky born and raised) its his turn and this area is perfectly in between for us both. we don't need 4 bedrooms our kids are grown (baby 31 years old) but active adults and have grandchildren, and as a business owner being close to mco is a plus for me . let me know what you have , but def require gated , a foyer and 2 to 3 car garage ,and community that allows golf carts, course is a plus but not required, would love pool and water views to feel we are in florida but not required if all other amenities were met as well as if not at the 4 bedroom in this video .

Nice house, great presentation, lots of information. Its wonderful youd like to give back to the community, but do that here in the USA, there are many homeless veterans and families here that need help, even victims of the hurricanes in Florida and especially North Carolina. There are a lot of good features. And everyone has their personal taste. I have a home in FL with a similar layout. I find that I don't prefer a single main living area if the home is shared by several people. If the TV is running in that area, there is no alternate environment. A second TV room allows people to pursue different things at the same time. Such as kids playing video games. And I really love designs that have an entrance foyer. But this one is a lot for the money. Everything is expense now.

City water? Sewage? Well and septic tank? IF a well, then what size well (2" or 4" or 6") and how deep? Is there a filtration system for the well water? IF there is a well. Are the Windows considered Hurricane resistant? If the FEMA FLOOD ZONE "X"? What deed restrictions are there? Can the buyer get a USDA LOAN?

Hi George. So this home is on city water and has a septic thank. I can confirm the size for you. Yes the windows are considered resistant per the county requirements. It is in a FEMA flood zone X and you are able to purchase with a USDA loan.

Insurance varies but I work with an insurance broker to find the best prices. Typically it is under $1000 for New homes. I do not show homes in a flood zone so we do not have to worry about flood insurance but if you would like to add it typically it costs about $15/month additional. Property Taxes vary anywhere from 0.55%-1.69%. I will say they are really low in Ocala. Please let me know if you have any questions. 🙂

Ocala is on average 69ft above sea level. Most of it not in a flood zone. A few pocketed flood zones for the people near retention ponds; things like that.
