We had seen your videos and we recognized you on the appraisal day. At first my husband and I weren't sure if it was you but when we asked each other after we realized it was you. We thought that was so cool because we had already seen you on these local videos we had been watching. yea great advice but there’s a bunch of homeless people here and when there is festively they’re still there but not too far away

Correct, and Oxnard is one of the more affordable coastal cities. However, our happiness index has gone way up since we moved here. We love being so close to the beach, the weather, all of the activities to do, the people, and the amazing produce. We save money by not having to go on vacation.😊

@@livinginventuracounty1071 - I don’t doubt it. Still it’s a lot more expensive to rent or buy a home there and most just can’t afford it. I’m glad you guys are making it work.
