Why is certain areas in Hollywood labeled as pembroke

To truly know the boundaries I would check the zip code with USPS to truly know the boundaries. Some areas may be so close to Pembroke Pines but people may refer to it as Pembroke Pines but it’s really Hollywood.

Hallandale Beach is better than Hollywood Beach to live at it’s a lot of parks and Gulf Stream Casino is right there.

@@izzy3166 I guess you haven’t heard it’s the fast growing city in south Florida, u probably talking about Pembroke park it’s not Hallandale beach, the city is dropping a mall and a new property all over the city, new town homes and condos is going up plus oasis Hallandale beach, it’s suppose to be Bill Harbor of Broward County.🙌🏻

@@Moneypower572 West Hallandale is a ghetto dump and East Hallandale from I-95 to South Dixie Highway has lots of ghetto dumps. Good luck trying to GENTRIFY those locations! lol
