I've read that some people in Washington who don't pay income tax do their shopping in Oregon (with no sales tax) to get the best of both.

specifically in the portland / vancouver interchange....they come across the bridge to cheat their sales tax, but most of them work here so they pay the income tax.

Moving there in July or as soon as my home is built. Why Redmond? Because Bend prices were outrageous to be honest. Looking forward to it since the surrounding area is awesome & Bend is only 20minutes away.
