We almost bought in Rockwall but the traffic on 30 was the deterrent. My husband has to be within 30 minutes of work so it was a no-go. Definitely some great properties and I even got a CO client referral from an agent I met there 🤩

Hi Levi, I enjoy watching your videos. I think they are quite informative and to the point. I have a question regarding Rockwall, a town which you have not covered recently. Is Rockwall still interesting considering most appreciation/development is happening north of Dallas in Collin County? Rockwall and Fate have better affordability than Prosper/Celina, equal or even better ISD, and with the I-30 widening project, Rockwall should overcome the I-30 bridge traffic congestion deterrent. Thoughts? (I currently live in Boston, MA, and considering moving to Dallas spring/early summer of 2024)

I know one thing, people of Rockwall treat blue collar workers like we're an absolute plague upon the earth. Kind people are few and far between in rockwall. Based off that alone... I'd never live there.
