Thank you, I'm in a similar situation having to renew my temporary card. I had no clue about a Cazier Juditiar, and that the border crossing document meant showing the airplane ticket.

Maybe if you had it online you can access it via the website? I don't think it's a deal breaker as long as you know when you first entered Romania.

Which medical provider is that you get your health insurance? I also face a problem to get with adevata de asigurări from cas. Because my employer is not register me in cas.😢

I have state cover with CAS, not private insurance. I would advise getting short term cover (3 months) with something like Regina Maria. This will satisfy the authorities and then you can register with ANAF and CAS once you have your CNP. Best of luck.
