Tyanna is a typical 5yr old and an old soul. The way she looked at mom just before being asked about an amputation had such wisdom showing on her face. And yes, mom asking permission to share her “fall” video was so respectful and shows an awareness that it might be embarrassing for Tyanna. The way you both parent is shown by how much trust she has in both of you! I noticed T had her hand on mommy’s arm while sharing her fall story and T is completely FEARLESS when climbing, walking on the stone wall and jumping into daddy’s arms!! Love your family and all that you do to open /expand your minds /horizons. As much as you travel, you’re literally known around the world!!! And no, you’re not wired for being so protective. Kids are snatched everyday. I saw a video a toddler being snatched by a COYOTE earlier today! I loved how patient dad was repeating remote controlled car. I can really tell speech therapy is paying off. I thought of my own great niece when dad was reminding T of the “sharing” lesson. Her favorite is a blurry as well! Apologies for commenting on multiple videos one, but due to health issues if I don’t do/say it when i think of it, I’ll forget.

Real princesses would have gotten all of those clothes and then some. They have large rooms fillled with clothes shoes and accessories. They refer to her as their “Princess” on this YT channel. However they limit and restrict and hopefully it’s all done in loving guidance. The way Tyanna picked out those clothes; I believe she really thought she was getting them. I’m not sure she had the maturity at her developmental stage to comprehend she wasn’t until she actually didn’t get the clothes. You should know her sizes by now. Don’t get her hopes up and allow her to put things in her bag when you know you won’t be buying it. I understand getting a few items to choose. You were putting back multiple hangers of clothes you knew you weren’t buying for her. Just let her know she’s not getting an item before she takes it off the racks.

I was overly protective as a mom but I cannot regret it. My first daughter watched stranger danger so much she would always go back in her mind as she conversed with strangers. She lived in N.Y. for 10 years and I often worried but knew her red flag was up when she was in late night situations or among subway strangers. I also struggled with letting them go to the bathroom on their own almost until adulthood. Children are as innocent as predators are dangerous and you should never let your guard down. Continue to protect Tianna, the special and lucky traveling lavender girl.

Be proud you are helicopter parents. She is precious cargo and you need to protect her. That is what I did with my daughters who are now young women. Keep up the good work!

May God be the glory know is not being overprotected, trusting others to watch your child. That lets me know that you love her you want to protect her. Keep being the great parents that you are. God bless you and your family.

I agree with the comments about not leaving Tyanna with strangers. I have 3 boys and I didnt allow them to do sleepovers or anything with strangers. All of them are adults now and I still worry when they are not around me. We are in an evil world and we cant let our guard down. May God continue to bless you all with the Godly wisdom that's needed to raise your daughter.😊🙏🏽
