You forgot to mention Bikini Beans! Mill Street is great, especially Culinary Dropout. Tempe is the only place I stay when in town for business.

the worst thing was the constant loud airplane noise with the planes taking off over the river which is on the north end of tempe

The endless parking meters, fees, fines, etc really hold this city back. Not mention a terrible mayor and crime problem.

I used to live by the Tempe town lake a apartment complex called skywater from 15-16. DO NOT live near that area, it under the fucking airway route! I was sleepless the first whole month.
