The sauce that comes with Hainanese chicken rice(Kao man gai) is called “Tao-jiaow” sauce, kinda like a bean based sauce. You can find them in bottles at most super market. Chop some fresh chili peppers, garlic and ginger for extra aroma. Glad you are enjoying Thailand. Hope my country has tons of happiness to offer you two.

It's your fault :D I bought an e-bike last week :D It's winter here in Germany ... but, also not that cold and also no snow as for now :D I lost a leg at the age of 16, but did a lot of sports over the years like mountain climbing, skydiving and i have a handbike. With only my arms i could not keep track with other people. And it's way to hard to do climbs. And so, i lost interest in my handbike ... and gained a lot of weight over the years. I watch your channel for some weeks now and decided that i have to go on a bike again. But a "normal" bike, in an upright position and above the dirt :D So, it had to be an e-bike, to give me some help on steep climbs. I use click-pedals to get the crank all around and a drop saddlepost to lower the seat, so that i can get my right food on the ground :D It's an MTB style bike but with lighs, fenders and a luggage rack (SUV e-bike). Thank you for beeing you! It is so inspirational and fun to watch you on YT! PS.: I hope that KAZE is comming to Germany too. Very nice bikes you two have there!

hainanese (from Hanai -China-) is Chinese dish. I like when you said there is too much plastic, one of the possibility is (if this is near by the apartment, maybe you can bring boxes/tupperware to wrap the food. this is great you have local sponsor of the channel :)

Way to go on the apartment. Always good to have a big table for computer stuff. Nice looking bikes. One-by’s should be easier to maintain since they have no front derailleurs. I would definitely recommend bike racks. Maybe get one that uses floor to ceiling compression. No need to drill holes.

First of all congrats on the successful move from japan to Thailand and I hope that with this move you'll gather more subscribers. I think mountain bikes are more convenient to have in South East Asia due to the road conditions. Maybe a gravel/Cyclocross bike is also a good choice vs a traditional road bike?

a great sunscreen for cycling is SolRX SPORT SPF 50 - 8hrs sweatproof doesn't sweat off like that Nivea stuff used it in Singapore/Thailand cycling, no burn at all

No need for too much slavish cooking either, which is a bonus, though watch out for the fact that take-always are not always that healthy, as they typically are higher in fat , salt and hidden additives,than what you cook yourself.
