That pigeon reminds me of a roommate from college. He is a big, 240 lb dude from NYC who was afraid of pigeons. His reasoning was that “if something that small is so unafraid of people so much bigger than it, it must have a reason”

Here in India people turn when ever where ever and how ever they wish, 3:36 and for the garbage trucks, in the place where i live the grabage trucks makes a lot of noise so they dont really need to play some sound to alert others (plus we usually can smell it when you get within 20 meters of it ;)

Love them garbage trucks in Taiwan where you just run down and line up to throw it in, whereas no such luck in B.C. Canada, we have to put out cans after 7 AM due to bears rummaging for food. One can get fined for putting out too early or not in proper government cans. Lovely ride today and I wished we had your weather. Our lockdown was extended for another month and more restaurants will be closing permanently next. :-(. I hope all stores and theatres and arts will be able to survive. Stay safe and healthy to all.

In Australia, if you are using the shared road, the rules are the same for all vehicles, i.e. you can turn right without having to go straight and cross the road first. With bike lanes.... well, you never know as they tend to start and finish very abruptly without much thought put into them. That's in Sydney anyway. Melbourne is much better in that regard. Lovely video by they way!
@cherieyoungblood8063 жыл бұрын
That looked like alot of fun. That pigeon was very bold though and it made me laugh because of your reaction to it not moving out of the way. Also super jealous because you guys got to go inside of USJ and eat and see the spinning globe. Cant do that here in the US everything is inside where you have to pay for it. That garbage place was interesting as well. Maybe they should do something like that in the US too. No our garbage trucks do not play music it is just the icecream trucks around here. Although it would be interesting if our garbage trucks did play music so people knew when to put out their trash lol. Great video.

Here in Quebec, Canada we're allowed to use the leftmost lane to turn left if there are more than one lane, you just need to make it clear to everybody you're going to turn, otherwise a lot of people also do hooks like you did depending on the street and how risky it is to cross several lanes :)

In Australia we can do both. In the CBD you would be crazy to do a right turn instead of a hook turn. In fact cars have to do hook turns at a lot of intersections in the CBD due to trams in the middle of the road. We call it right turn from left lane or hook turn for short 🚴😀
