Thanks for informative video. I visited Centric Sea condo two weeks ago and was told at reception that nothing free to rent now. So you should not believe everything you are told - they mean everything we have a stake in is taken at the moment! My other point about Centric is that when i went the new block being constructed was noisy and would remain so for quite some time - with angle grinders etc. It would be nice to see places on shorter rental time frames. Im looking for 3 months at end of this year. Thanks again.

Aussie steaks..kangaroo😮. Pratumnak is good for getting to the Musle Factory.. and so many machines. Not for the faint hearted as no air con though.. and the beach is good..Did not know could ride to Pratunmak from Jomtein Beach. Will be in Pattaya during March for quick visit so will check out that road to Pratunmak beach. The Gallery is fantastic with great pool. Informative content as always, thanks Jason.

@@richardbligh7249 it really depends on the direction of the wind, I was in Bang Saray on Wednesday and the wind was blowing on sore making it choppy but the beaches in Bang Chang and Rayong would not have had direct on sure wind.

My heart would say the first condo, just to live in Pattaya city for a year with a great view 😊 ( I did notice building work going on in front on the building ) , but my head would say the third condo because of the size and price

Agree, great location. If they had any under 10k they would be in a video, unfortunately they don’t have any at the moment but you could try Majestic or Baan Suan Lalana 👍

Centric Sea fabulous location but just outside my budget until I can access my retirement accounts Sands is amazing, that is exact area I would love to live in. However the prices match how good the condo is Gallery condo - wow nice deal for the price. I can see myself living there even though I really would like to live in Phra Tamnak. Who does one contact to have this friendly gent you are with show one a few condos within a certain budget?

First one way over priced and it will lose the view. Sands is all about the view , but again way over priced for what it is. 3rd is fine and the price is fair just move the tv to where the couch is flip it - who puts a tv in the middle of a room makes no sense the couch is a natural divider and gives better access to the patio. Well done guys 1 for 3 that’s 33% and in the major leagues that’s a good score.

@conancol7556 that’s not how it works here, if someone signs a 12 month lease the agent gets a months rent as commission and if it’s a 6 month lease they get 2 weeks 👍
