All looks good but Im not buying the concrete idea.. it's the biggest drain in terms of emitting EMF and drains your body of ions... which there isn't an ocean to quickly go to get replenish.. One reason I left my job was the building was concrete and was draining on my energy as my office was surrounded by it except the door. I wonder why Bastyr didn't use adobe or brick, which is more sustainable AND healthy.
