Living in the countryside with my husband / Lunch with friends

It's been 9 months since I moved to the countryside with my husband in his 70s. The changes in our lives have been unexpected. You never know what the future holds.
To our surprise, we have made more friends since we came here and they have started to visit us.
Today, we had a hinny dinner with our friends.
We made an eggplant dish based on the comments we received from everyone. It tastes so good to eat together.
It is exciting to cook while thinking of the faces of our friends.
Our interaction with the viewers started a year ago when we were mowing abandoned fields, and we have also had visitors with prams, which is our job, and this week, a person who is expecting a baby came to see our prams.
Now that our lives have settled down a bit, we decided to use this place for work. The spacious environment suits our work better than Tokyo.
Our job is to prepare new prams for babies and to repair and recondition old ones. We don't like to dispose of prams that are filled with precious memories.
Fortunately, our prams are so sturdy that one can be repaired and used for several babies.
