Almost all you have said today, has been in line with my prayer time this morning. Such a confirmation. I've also been amongst the witnesses in the past and met my sister in law, who had passed last year. He then took my hand and led me into the Father's presence, where God told me to rest. Liz this is super super refreshing to the third power. You are really helping me to shift into the understanding of the bride. It's helping me to see Jesus in a whole new way. I have been doing your exercise that you recommended to stop and reset when moving out of love and rest. It's changing my whole life experience . I have experienced such painful malpractice in the church. The conscience of God in America comes from a place of entitlement, and works. I believe that it is really affecting the way God wants to move in America. I'm a special ed teacher and today a pastor sent me a very disturbing clip of a his guitar student with ADHD. The student was checking out while he was teaching him and he told him that he needed to work harder and then he mocked the student. I believe he needs to help the student to rest more into the holy spirit and in his weakness God will take over. It's hard to carry something new in Christ. I also like how you talk about waiting to release based on God's timing.

I really was encouraged by this and shared it with a couple of friends who question the encounter with Francis Metcalf saying that we do not interact with those who have died, that would be necromancy. Is there any scriptural references for this?

Such an important question! The precedent is the Mount of Transfiguration in Matthew 17, where Moses and Elijah met with Jesus, and Peter, James, and John also saw this happen. The Word says we are surrounded by a great cloud of witnessess (Heb 12:1) and we are one family in heaven and on earth (Eph 3:15). The important difference between necromancy is that we are not to initiate the contact or seek out these experiences with those in the could of witnesses, and especially not outside of Jesus. Godly encounters with those in heaven are only through Jesus, when He brings them. The revelation they impart is always about Him, and there is always a purpose and fruit from these experiences.
