My wife and I also had a studio apartment when we first were married and we also had to wash our clothes at the laundromat. At the time, we didn’t really think about it. Once we got our own house and a washer and dryer, it was so great. You will also get there. Now we have 6 grandkids. Things change fast!

If you have the funds. Get a humidifier for your place. Make sure you are sanitizing his toys every so often. You don't have to necessarily have to buy a product for this. For those toys that can be placed in hot water, do that. Others wipe down with a clean rag. That's only used for that purpose.

The best thing to just put alcohol (at least 70%) into a spray bottle and spray his toys down with it regularly. You can wash them with hot, soapy water as needed when they are starting to get dirty. Alcohol will fully disinfect the surface and doesn’t require a wipe down.

Hi, Check The Window By Your Son Bed To See If You Feel A Draft Of Any Cool Air Seeping In Around The Towels and Window. If So This May Be The Cause Of His Continued Congestion and Runny Nose. He May Be Exposed To Cool Air Seeping Thru. You May Have To Cover The Whole Window Area With A Blanket Or Sheet. Rolls Of Thick Clear Plastic Was Used Back In The Day To Cover The Entire Window Area To Keep The Winter Air Out On Older Housing Structures. Please Keep The Love and Positivity Going.
