the Government say nobody should pay more than 30 %of their income in rent ..so regardless what u make u shouldnt pay more than 30%..i kno people who pay like 75%of their income in rent only ....thats too much ....its crazy.its not abt low income ..u pay accordin to ur income ...1000 month income ur rent 300...higher income 3000 rent 900..i work in housing

Good to know because I was confused about the percentage of income,I've applied since june 2024 it's been six months,do you think I have a good chance? I was put on the waiting list.
