I Love Winter Park!!! You always feel like you're on a vacation!!! The scenic boat tours I highly recommend if you want to buy real estate they give a lot of the history of Winter Park!!! Park Avenue is a blast with lots of great restaurants and most of all the people are Friendly!!! 'WinterPark is good enough for Mr Rogers 😊 its good enough for Me!!!! Thank you for your video 😊

Sometimes I wish leaf blowers were not invented. When I used to hear someone use a rake or broom out my window, it would make a pleasant sound. No stopping progress, of course and leaf blowers are faster but sometimes they just blow things in other places and make the people walk by wonder if they’re going to become deaf at younger age.

Lived in Windermere Trails, it's not on the expensive area of Windermere FL, there's a joke here and we call the place Winder-near, it's where mostly the newly constructed houses, very safe, family friendly, good schools, near to amenities -shops and clinics. The most complaint is that most people living are transient, rental homes. Also has a lot of Portuguese speaking families from Brazil and lately immigrants from Venezuela, most are well to do families in their countries. So language can be a barrier or issue to some families. It's a diverse community and Windermere is indeed a very good place to live.

My daughter and I love living in winter park. Great schools, close to everything and beautiful homes! Riding bikes around town is so peaceful. Love Park Ave and the dog park on Lake Baldwin. Nothing like it!

What areas in Orlando are good for someone who wants a little more space in between houses? I have seen some homes in Clermont with larger lot sizes are there any other areas I should check out?

Lake Nona towards the airport maybe? I know Ken has a few videos featuring Lake Nona. I live about an hour and 20 minutes north of Orlando and there's definitely space here in between houses (Lady Lake)

Great video! Would love a video on best places in Orlando for a starter home. All of the “Best places in Orlando” are (for good reason) out pricing the average incomes for the area, especially for 20-30s age bracket

just bought my first property (under 30) in Windermere. Best quality of life and equity growth, for a reasonable price per sq ft, would be Clermont in my opinion. If you can afford slightly more per sq ft, Lake Nona is a great choice as well.

@@unitaper Nice! You must be doing very well for yourself. I’m 25 and just bought in Casselberry last year for $260k , stretching our budget, but absolutely love it. It’s so close to everywhere in the Metro. Never see it get any love because the small concentrations of crime always ruin the stats. Congrats again! We’re hoping to eventually get over to Horizon West

Pricing is definitely picking up and hitting the $1.5+ range. Just not as many. Lake nona country club is amazing! Large variety of homes too

We are building in an amazing area of Viera. We chose this area for many reasons. Beautiful homes, close to the Space Coast, beaches, A rated schools, lots of shopping, great Melbourne downtown. You can drive your golf cart to bring your children to school, shopping, work, restaurants and bars! We can get to Disney Springs in 45 minutes.

Windermere over winter park Any day are you serious lol the traffic and lack of space at winter park and surroundings is ridiculous Plus Windermere has more lakes more green areas. Winter park is sooo overrated
