Well done on what you have managed to achieve Mrsradd, building isn't easy. That being said I'd like to say from experience, the mango and avocado tree root system grows faster than what you see on the outside the branches. Unfortunately your yard is small to accommodate both these trees as they will go straight towards your foundation and cause cracks in your super structure. If I were you I'd look for a space that's bigger like kumusha where you can plant these trees 5-10meters from the house. Great work nonetheless 😊
