For 22 Million: Eliminate all of the GLASS, put in a full bathroom, lighten up all of the black barred "Rikers' Island" windows, add two or three more bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, and get rid of the elevator and make a full-sized kitchen out of it

Lived in this building for 4 years; the only drawback to living in this building is that i had to take the subway while my wife took the car; so i had to walk to 8th Ave (long blocks) to catch the train, otherwise great building.

I love the windows, but they said the bad word. helicopters. tourist helicopters that fly up and down the hudson all day every day, sure makes the outside space worthless. the kitchen is disgustingly ugly.
