There is a tall, modern building (212 Smith street) near Park Station, just opposite Braamgate building. Once a striking architectural presence, it now stands abandoned, slowly deteriorating before our eyes. Despite its prime location and the fact that surrounding buildings are fully occupied, it has become a shelter for the homeless. Its neglect is both puzzling and disheartening. Maybe you can find out what's happening there of you can.
