I use the Apple Cider Vinegar capsules with the mother & KETO. You avoid the horrible taste while protecting your teeth.

Tip for your boots... blow dry the boot and roll a towel or stick your leg in the boot while hot and allow it to mold and stretch.

The silver/gray silk skirt looked beautiful on you. I think it fit perfectly on your hips and thighs so I’m not sure the fit would be as flattering if you sized down. If it’s worth it for you to have it taken in at the waist and hemmed, I think it would be a winner.

Thessely ~ You are a GORGEOUS WOMAN. You look Stunning in each of the outfits. I actually loveLoveLOVE the Silk Dress (It's STUNNING) - the Cream Color Pant w/ feathers Outfit and the Pant Suit. That Blazer Style is Perfection on you - My Style. I LOVE the black Pants, Skirt and Dress. I will certainly check their site out. So Happy for you and the business trip to Dallas. I also Interment Fast...love it. I'm either an 18:6 or One Meal A Day (OMAD). I feel so going for IF. Someone has already shared this, but ACV will eat you up Sis, please place it in water especially if you want to keep you beautiful teeth and your insides healthy. I would recommend using a straw as well. A little lemon juice REALLY makes the drink more enjoyable. GIRL, you got me doing these Sit-ups, Squats and Lunges over here. Gone get fit like my Sis!!!!
