Alam mo while you were walking you said this too shall pass yes when this happened to my husband parang ns depress ako masyado but Laban lang God is good talaga kasi not too long ago they did ct scan of my heart because I felt tightness but they said nothing wrong with my heart but we found a cyst 8 cm big Dr call it Thymoma, I had surgery 1 month ago I really thank God for this it was caught at an early stage. Sorry ha nag story na ako sa Inyo kasi I feel at home ako agad sa Inyo dalawa. We live here near San Francisco, California. We. Have 1 son unmarried 35 years old. Sana ma meet ko rin kayo. Hello sa Inyo dalawa. Planning on coming to Pinas sa Oct this year kasi husband ko na stroke 1 year na ay kailangan nya ng Rehab Therapy at Speech Ayaw ng mag extend and Kaiser ng therapy kaya I plan to go there. My hubby is 70 retired for 13 yrs and ako din retired na rin 6 yrs na. Baka tira kami malapit sa hospital para in case of emergency malapit lang. Sige I enjoy watching you because how I wish Andyan na rin kami.

Hi, what’s the total square feet of your home and I’m assuming it’s a 2 story home or at least it appears that way. How many bedrooms and bathrooms if you don’t mind me asking. Comparing to your US home is the quality comparable? I noticed while you guys were walking I didn’t see any drainage next to the empty lots maybe I just didn’t notice. We kept our US health insurance. Annual check ups will be in California. Our medications are from there. We get a year’s supply each time. In an emergency, it will be reimbursed. Also supplemental here PhilHealth and Maxicare

Hello nice area ...im about to retire with sufficient monthly pension and lumpsum enough to buy a place like yours ..i ajm a judge in the philippines for 30 years..will retire in 4 years i will be 60...is is practical to buy a big house in an isolated place? what if we are already in our 70s or 80s and we need medical attendance and not so mobile....how do we clean a big house and be brought to a good hospital? even with help or assistance it would be tedious and incovenienct..also going up the stairs and cleaning the house once we are in our 70s/80s ...whats your thoughts....im thinking of getting a 2 BR condo neafr all the amenities and city entertainment

Planning to retire in the Philippines half or 3/4 of the year. How about credit cards? Do you open 1 there? What about opening a bank account there? Which bank do u recommend? Do you recommend purchasing health insurance there? If yes, which do you recommend? May be you can make a vlog about this. Thanks.

advise from a part time Fil-American retiree (3-4 mos every year in PH)... -non Filipinos are allowed to open bank accounts in the PH.... just ask your chosen bank for their requirements (all have similar requirements)... BDO, BPI, MetroBank, LandBank are the biggest banks with branches all over the country - you may also opt to just remit your monthly expenses to yourself via Wise, Remitly, Xoom, Western Union etc. - non local VISA/Mastercard are widely accepted in most cities in PH - re: health insurance.... if you have Medicare... convert that to MediGap or Medicare Advantage... they cover emergencies (only) while in the PH... you pay first then get reimburse later.... doctor'r and dental visits are inexpensive (not a worry)..local health insurance are costly (not advisable)..
