You should try going a week without your car but make an effort to go and do daily activities or just regular errands like grocery shopping for your family so basically no staying at home all day. Also no using other people for lifts or using their cars. Public transport and walking or other means of travel only.

Since you enjoyed the experience going to the temple place ( please excuse my ignorance) I would love to see you do a week of going to seven place you've never been and do something you've never done. Basically trying new things for a week. It could be anything like one day go to a exercise class the next go to pottery class, next day go to a homeless shelter and hand out meals, the next do a photoshoot etc. I think it would be awesome to see you experience new things for the first time!
