Ah nice! That is the ideal situation right there. Ride your scooter to work and dodge traffic!!

Girl, you are amazing. Riding your bike, recording and talking all at the same time! 😅. How many miles would you say you rode here?

haha, multi-talented! I def had a few moments where I had some balance issues. I rode about 6-6.5 miles. I jog this entire stretch of the Beltline all the time so it's no biggie, esp on a bike vs on foot!

Great day, Molly! Like the areas you're showing! I'm looking closer to Piedmont Park, however. You have been more help than you know.

Your videos are so good! You do such a great job at providing tours for the viewers. I lived in Atlanta and the surrounding cities for 18 years but I've moved away. I was so hesitant about moving back but I'm now positive I'll be relocating before the end of the year. If I ever need a realtor I will definitely reach out to you. Thank you for such great videos. I'm a new subscriber!

Thank you @iamme50! I appreciate that. I really try to do my best showing everyone the sights and what to expect. If you’ve been in Atlanta in the past, I’m sure you’ve seen a whole different Atlanta! It has changed so much in just 10 years. Happy to assist you should you ever be on the hunt for a home here. 😀

Just FYI, you mentioned that Inman Park is more expensive due to school district. Everyone from top of beltine at 85N all the way to Krog Tunnel is in same middle and high school cluster.

You are right on that...the elementary schools differ and that is what I was referring to (in my mind anyways).

Why was the belt line created? It’s like someone figured out we want walkable cities. Any plans for a tram? Whats the weather like? Any supermarkets near these places that are easy to walk to? How are the clinics? Also walkable? What do the elderly think of this? Does every place have a HOA? Do these HOA’s tend to let you rent out your condo?

The Beltline was originally a thesis idea from a Georgia Tech college grad to make Atlanta more connected & mobile without a car...then the plan just snowballed from there. (I've got a couple other videos about the Beltline if you search on my youtube page). There are plans for a tram - last I saw, they are still planning on a tram but I'm sure that will take years to develop. Weather is great here - we experience a little of all 4 seasons and nothing is too long. Springs and Falls are amazing. It gets hot in the summer, but that is typical for the south. Winters are mild although we always have a week or 2 where we are in the 20's. There is a grocery store on the Beltline in the Old Fourth Ward that you can easily walk to. I know several retired folks who love walking on the Beltline. All the condos I showed do have an HOA and there are limitations on how many units that can be rented out at one time, so you would have to get on a waitlist until a rental permit opens up...you generally do not automatically get to rent out your unit when you want to.

As an Atlanta resident for over 20 years, it's nice to see they spent all that tax money so the rich folks that transplant can have themselves a playground. Defiantly didn't need any affordable housing in the city for the people that have lived there for decades.

I think people from all walks of life enjoy the Beltline, not just rich people.

Hi! It's right in a very busy area - I-20 & Metropolitan Pkwy. I technically can't say if an area is safe or not per realtor code. That area is changing a lot and I think it will only continue to get better. I have worked with clients that are completely ok with the area and others that are against it. Everyone's idea of what is safe is different.
