It's a decent speaker, but I may eventually swap it out with a Lowell because I need more bass.

Wow This Sounds Amazing, Is This System Only Being Used For Video Sound Or Intercom/Paging?
@CGsSpeakerVerse-mi6ll11 ай бұрын
It is only being used for the TV sound at the moment, but being that it is 70v system I could install a paging adapter on it if I wanted to. I currently do not have one at the moment.

nice setup. is it possible to connect a 70 volt amp to a kenwood home theater receiver? how do i do it?
@CGsSpeakerVerse-mi6ll Жыл бұрын
Yes it is very easy to do actually. On the back of the receiver, where the RCA inputs are you will need to look for one labeled either "audio out" or "line out". You would connect an RCA cable from this jack to the Aux jack on the back of the 70v amp. You can connect multiple audio source devices to the Kenwood receiver using the inputs like a TV, computer, radio, phone, etc. to the CD, Aux, TV or similar jacks to feed the audio to the receiver first. Then when you connect the cable to the Audio Out jack to the back of the amp, the receiver will then feed the audio from the source device over to the 70v amp as well (in addition to any speakers you have connected to the receiver). In my next video, I will be showing the system in my room which is powered by 2 receivers and 2 TOA amps.

@@CGsSpeakerVerse-mi6ll i actually have some rca cables and also one with one end rca and the other end a headphone jack that i use for plugging up my phone to play music through. mine says tape in/tape out and also video 1 and video 2. i currently have a vintage technics graphic equalizer hooked up to it.
@CGsSpeakerVerse-mi6ll Жыл бұрын
@@lilshag347productionsii6I'm not too familiar over how to use equalizers but I believe you can use the tape out jack to use as an audio out jack to send audio to a 70v amplifier. However I could be wrong about that, based on some reading I have done. Connecting the wrong thing to the tape out jack can blow out your speakers.
