My oldest cat was a little less than a year when we got our second cat, who was just a kitten. It took about 2 weeks, but they've been best friends ever since. They are now 2 and 3. My mom's two cats were like Luna and Lexie. One is super high energy, the other one is a chill diva. I think her cats compromise a lot, because see them play, but they still get annoyed at each other! Maybe once Luna calms down, Lexie will enjoy her more! I think I just got lucky and have 2 cats who love to play and rest equally lol

I’ve always worked my pets under the idea that the more physically tired they are, the better behaved they are 😂 I use to have a bulldog that was very dog selective (meaning he liked to play with some dogs, and other times he was a complete rude butt head lol). So anytime i knew I’d be taking him to an event or busier area, I would run him or play fetch until he was exhausted, and then take him with me. He was always an angel after that lol. It’s like they are too tired to overthink and burned off all their anxiety, and just enjoy where they are at.

That is a great idea for the books. I know your decor is not farmhouse, but you could do the library ladder also to get to the books. Useful and great decor item too. Very harry potteryish....lol

Mindy you should have Larry take down just a few of the books and put 1 medium or large size plant back up. Just 1 plant. Preferably a vine plant that hangs down slightly. It adds a decorative break to the long line of books. You can place that plant anywhere in the line of books except the middle. Just try it and see the difference it makes up there. Thats why they do that with books and plants in lobby's in hotels and book stores. It adds ambiance of (comfy) you can even flip 2 or 3 books on their side with the titles facing out into the living room and place a plant on top of those couple of books. Experiment! Then that makes it a Larry and Mindy project. Good luck 🙂🙃🙂

I have 2 cats ... boy and a girl .. but the thing is, I got them together when they were little and they are brother and sister, but even as brother and sister they FIGHT .. some days they lay together and snuggle and lick each other clean and other days they are fighting and the girl memoo is hissing at him .. it feoends on the mood. What I think is, LEXI is already set in her ways as an adult cat, and someone came in on her territory .. time will take care of that, they seem to be doing a lot better which is good .. it will get better.

Hieeeee, good morning from Seattle, I really loved this vlog. I will be trying the pumpkin protein drink. Thanks for the idea of how to fold laundry on the bed. Oh! the cats they are getting closer, I am surprised. I did have a similar situation and my older kitty disliked the new kitties she stressed out so much I had to re-home the new kittens. The fire is sad... I watched that vlog and told my husband about it and we said we should visit. Hopefully the animals will find protection.

It’s not bad! The airlines provide hand sanitizer and they make sure people are wearing masks properly and through out the duration of the flight which is nice.

Glad to see the cats are doing well. I have a feisty boy who antagonizes my older 12 year old cat because he wants to play. We have to have play time to wear them out and keep them calm. Edited to add: I binged Outlander, love it so much. I added a trial of Starz on Hulu to watch the next season then canceled it when I was done 😉 But it’s also the only way to watch the newest season that just ended.
