This home is beautiful! I don't think I've ever seen a tiny home with a screened in front porch before. 21x26 is the perfect size for a tiny home. I love the way the homeowner decorated it and added those extra shelves in the walk in closet utilzing the vertical above space. Awesome home Mr. Tiny. Thanks for showcasing it to us.

That's a great screen porch. I live in buggy areas, so that's important to me. I'm glad the walk in closet has at least one window. It's a really cool closet, tho I would probably want my office in the living room. Anyway, very nice space

Fave things. Low price. Screened large front porch with pet door. Walk in closet with triple shelving. Smart also to have all that height as well in the closet. I would have to wonder tho if my cats would take over that closet shelving. They could have the top one for their cat walk. 😅😅

I agree with those who said the porch and closet. Though the whole house is great. At that price I’d be all over it but the timing isn’t right. I’d want to move it to southern Oklahoma but haven’t been able to find a property yet. But you’ll be hearing from me when I do. Might have to checkout this model or similar one at that time. Assuming you’ll deliver to Lehigh, OK. I’m pretty sure it’s under 200 miles. ❤😊

Hey Mike! Beautiful home for someone able to get it. Hope it sells quickly so Mr. Mansonia can move to be with sick family ASAP. That front door is a much more preferable than a solid door. The advantage of light & peep holes for those shorter than Mike. (Why call it a doggy-door when cats & other pets might want to use it?)

Like the walk in closet- with the natural light- bathroom ok- lke the access from bedroom and kitchen. Kitchen would rework- and would want a medicine cabinet instead the one sitting on the counter- and also move the sink away from the toilet.. Possibly close the bathroom access from the kitchen and put the vanity were the door was. Not that many strangers will be visiting. Would love the toilet and shower being on wet room with the vanity outside of it.

The dull brown is very off-putting. However, at that price and with that layout, it would be definitely be worthwhile changing the colour scheme. With that bathroom and the walk-in closet, this house is amazing for 399 sq. ft.!! This is an absolutely amazing space, and I have seen soooo many! 85k is a steal!
