Software developed by SL is used in London stock exchange, true. But it is used in London and under the control of the UK. However, if SL developed any critical and strategic software system used in the country, it has grave concerns. Because srilankans are generally considered commodities that any crook can buy. So, I think the NPP decision to get the core system from offshore is the right decision.

Doesn't matter the country is but how good the software is. I know how my mobile number is robbed and getting 3 to 4 calls per day for scamming. In uk. There is every reason for NPP to go to India get a grant and do the thing.
