Living with a Simba Hybrid Luxe Mattress - 4 months on.. Is it worth £2500?!

Mine left a lovely "dip" within 4 weeks after use ( hybrid ) upgraded to luxe and 1 months later the same thing ! Lol waste of money tbh

ahh no way. i had a dip in mine within 4 weeks, but i endured it, because to return they was saying they will collect, inspect and will get back to me in 6- 8 weeks. kinda put me off process. 2 years later - my back is giving me issues, and i beleive its because of mattress. I decided to email simba, and they have arrange for a new "improved" Hybrid Lux to be sent. and they will collect old mattress on delivery day. i hope the improved version is better. however if there is a dip again il be back in contact.

so far no complaints - newer version of the hybrid luxe is much better. Been using since Dec8th - no dips no curves - perfect sleep everynight. :)@@roisinmiller1386

Replacement is much better, new and improved version with extra layer, been using for 3 months now, no dip. Get amazing sleep everytime. Defo thumbs up

Really agree on what you said to be honest emma sleep is probably not far off that their premium ones are really expensive there original ones are much cheaper but still around £500.00+ I really like the washable covers on my emma one makes it so easy to keep it clean. Mine does dip a little its even then its really solid but i turn it once a month like you love having the handles with mine weighing 23kg and it recovers really quickly but its really solid. The pillows they make are as solid but they are not cheap ethier at £80 each

i have owned a simba lux for 2 years and yes there is a sunk effect. i found they dont reset to original form. i made a complaint (after using mattress for 2 years) due to back issues from dipped mattress. I must say the customer service is amazing. they agreed to send the new improved hybrid lux as a like for like replacement. may have got from a bad batch or maybe was packed incorrect, however with quick resolution, i ant fault Simba as a company. customer care is spot on. im looking forward to my new replacement at no additional cost. :)
