The bonnet was just after the foam pre wash. Once properly washed, it beaded just like the wing

Been a big Gtechniq user for years no. Wife's car has Crystal Serum Light and my car has Ultra. I wash them actually using Mr. Pink and then top them with Crystal C2 V3 every 8 weeks or so depending on weather they have been exposed to. Previous car had Crystal Serum Light for 3 years, never topped with anything, just washed periodically and when I traded it in the finish looked as good as day it was coated 3 years earlier.

I am panicking. My new car was Chrystal Serum ultra black coating in July this year. Since then I have followed a weekly regimen of Pola Blast ph neutral snow foam and two bucket wash. Here is my fear: I am just about at the end of a litre of Gtechniq Ceramic Wash rather than the products I see you use. Am I likely to have damaged either the EXOv4 or the Serum? While waiting for you assistance I will buy the correct G shampoo. Thank you.

Nnoooo.... You should be absolutely fine. If anything, the ceramic wash should help prolong the protection and add a little more

Im abit late to the party. My vehicle has Crystal Serum Ultra topped with Exo v4. If it is that you are worried about the performance of the coating diminishing I would say that the si02 infused shampoo could just be "clogging" or masking the performance of your coating. However if it is that you are worried those products will damage it then I would say simply no, they will not harm the coating. Ceramic coatings are a great sealant however they are not bomb or fool proof and have there shortfalls as with any LSP. Ide recommend a good prewash followed by a pure shampoo (not containing gloss enhancement properties or waxes) followed by a dedicated cermic detailer/si02 enfused spray to act as a topper/sacrificial layer and use that every 4-8weeks or so after your wash process.

Despite all of gtechniqs products being top teir i dont like w4 pre wash! It dries quick and doesnt clean well enough! In my opinoin you are just better off using w5
