Hope you are doing well Ann dialysis is a procedure needed when your kidneys fail there are many reasons why they can fail for example my partner 27 perfectly healthy doesn't smoke or drink hers failed a year ago now she's doing well bit still waiting for transplant

How do you get kidney failure?

​@@JuneGirl35 lol, you get it when the glomerulus in the kidneys lose a critical % of its ability to filtrate the blood. Any condition that affects blood circulation in the kidneys is a pro factor to develop CKD and/or kidney failure. For example diabetes, high blood pressure or heart diseases. There is a strong hereditary factor too. If you are interested on the subject I suggest you to just ask google or openai instead of a random person in the comments 😂😂.
